Hey hey hey: just want to you say the website looks pretty cool. but I have a few questions: - what type of music you planning on making in the future. - NIN is my kinda stuff alright, but I know a few of you would be kinda new to it. are you planning on following in this direction with your music? - Every band from the start of time (well any good band) has had an edge, whats your?
peace out sam.

hey Stappy,
thanks for taking an interest in us...
those are really great questions, no doubt we'll have to answer them for ourselves sooner or later... you seem to have a degree of musical knowledge; are you involved in any musical projects yourself?
i cannot, and will not speak as if i'm spokesperson for the band at the moment, because we believe we are pretty much a unit; outside of that the synergy is lost... so while the fledgling team continues to get to know each other better, please do sample the fruits of our current efforts from the link of the jam posted above...
we do appreciate any comments and feedback, so please feel free to continue posting on this forum!
welcome to the community, and thank you so much once again for your interest, BJA Chris ;')

That was definately an inspiring jam and for a bunch whos only been together for 2 weeks I think we've jelled really nicely eh Chris... It was good for Norb to fill in too... he joined the band on that day of the jam. I had another guy "Andrew Speirs" (who did guitar for the recording "United") initially, but he's a lil busy with his other band and footy... ahh busy man... so instead we got Norb on bass. I'm glad we got Norb tho. Chris Norb and I knew each other way back in high school but hadn't really contacted each other til now so we instantly kinda knew how each other worked already... Ljuba (pronounced Yoo-ba) is the newbie to the group, but has fitted in very very nicely... this guy can make the guitar scream! Go the Yuba I'm glad the group gets along really well and who woulda knew we were all into similar stuff... yes I too was a hardout Final Fantasy VII g33k... We initially got together to work on a few songs of mine to be played live, like "16 in May" "United" and some electronica stuff, but the others are definately putting their style into the project and we definately can come up with unlimited new material from the sound of our 2 jams (so far) and how quickly we can work on something and how we all think in the same level... luvin it Fingers crossed, heres to a beautiful new relationship! *tink*

hi to the community!
and welcome Aleka!
just so that you guys will be the first to know before Ralph pops it on his website, the band has decided on 'sevenfixangel' as our official moniker...
i have no idea how to make straw polls, so that's up to Ralph, but we reckon we'll use this name unless there's like an amazing amount of negative feedback against it...
umm, some updates you may or may not see posted on Ralph's website: we're thinking of gigging as soon as possible, with Eden's Bar in K'Rd, Auckland as our "debut" venue... final details will be confirmed in the month ahead, but meanwhile, we wouldn't mind if you guys could help in generating excitement and publicity for 'sevenfixangel'... we're here as a performance band, so our main priority is to entertain you; the only way we'll know that is if you tell us if we're entertaining or not!
so yes, thanks in advance for your support, and stay tuned for what the guys can come up with... it'll blow your mind away... it did mine...
BJA Chris ;')

hey to the community again!
the band's really keen and raring to go and entertain you guys! i'm still not sure of the schedule as to when the gigs will be happening, but rest assured that you will be the first to know... in fact, we really want you guys to be involved with us as much as possible...
again, Ralph will have to confirm or deny this, but sevenfixangel had agreed that in order to present you guys with the best live performance possible, we would also need to see ourselves in action... that's where you come in! do any of you guys have video recording equipment? if so, we would appreciate it if you could capture our performances live! the idea is that the more spontaneous camera angles we can get, the better for us to know how we can improve your experience no matter which part of the audience you might like to be in! plus, no promises, but if we can get both footage and the audio recording from the board, guess what? music videos!
it all begins with your participation though; but personally, i promise that if you give us footage, strings will be pulled to ensure that you guys get awesome live band-ness in return! stay tuned for Ralph to either back me up on this, or say that i'm crazy ;') it's worth a shot though, ain't it?
BJA Chris ;')

heya guys,
man, i feel a little stink that we didn't get his photo, but here's a warm welcome to Carl who joins sevenfixangel on the keyboards!
yes, we had our scheduled practice today; do you guys remember that free jam Ralph posted on this thread? Ljuba and Ralph have arranged it, and added a MASSIVE rocking part to it! it took the drummer (distances himself) about two hours to finally get it right, but when it did come right, in the words of everyone's favourite sci-fi movie: "Whoa"...
maybe Ralph might give youse a listen if you ask nicely ;')
till the next update, BJA Chris ;')

heya community people!
haha, apologies, his name is indeed spelt Karl rather than Carl...
exciting news: 'sevenfixangel' are heading into the studios this month to record a demo (or is it an EP?)! yes, you can finally hear what all the guys are doing with their instruments! it's going to be quite an experience, and we'll keep you posted; check here to be the first to be informed!
yes, the setlist is being built up surely, all thanks to Ljuba and Ralph, so look forward to seeing us live as well...
till the next time, BJA Chris ;')
