Whos the rapper? He sounds familiar. I like it. And I usually HATE Hip Hop, But this has a certain thing to it. thanks  the rapper is french MC, Mich Malloy from NZ underground hip hop group "Calamity Family"... he goes by the persona "Kid Shelleen" cool rhymes eh? Took him one night to make em up and one cheeky engineer  to cut the lyrics all up, and presto... I guess it does kinda sound breakbeat, must be that baseline too... nothing confirmed yet but a well known music video director offered his services after hearing it online... meeting him today... yusss! |

Okay an update  ... the music video for "Out of Breathe" is going along smoothly, our director Brett met up with josh and I for the second time yesterday to start the storyboard process, and next week we start some draft filming... We got an entertainment lawyer to suss out the whole thing (cost $10 a minute - yikes) and the whole thing is legit, managed to pay the lawyer $250 for 20mins but its worth it as hes going the extra mile to do all the legal paper work and agreements between director and us musos... and we were adviced to never touch any major business without a lawyer... fair enuff straight after the meeting with the director, I went and did some digging and gardening for a mates mother to earn some extra pocket money... lol the two extremes aye?... will be working hard under the sun again today so gulping down some Up&Go and breakfast to get me through |
